Well, this episode certainly had a completely different tone from the first one. While the first episode was mostly comedic with a bit of seriousness, this one was the opposite end of the spectrum. And that’s not a bad thing, on the contrary, this episode was pretty intense.

Ok, so, when I read a few reviews of Tales of the Abyss, I was pretty sure that when people were saying that Guy was afraid of women, they were using the expression as an exaggeration, to show that he got nervous around women. Apparently, I was wrong. He’s literally completely fucking scared of women.
