H-I-N-A! HINAGIKU! Oh jeez, even I’m beginning to be infected by the Pink One’s charm. Needs moar Maria nao!
Phew, crisis averted!
No, don’t stop please Nagi :3 *ahem*
Uh oh, Maria is into BL. I never knew you were a closet fujoshi, Maria. Well, I certainly could’ve guessed, though.
You’ve angered the Pink One, run for your life, Hayate.
Now now, Hinagiku, you’re a tsundere, you should know. “We always tease the ones we love.” It’s a sign of affection, you should be blushing! Although, I guess this is just payback teasing.
I resent that, I just happen to also be a lolicon. No, but come on now, Nagi’s only three years younger than Hayate, what’s the problem there?
And Saki completely misses the fact that she’s not considered reliable. I was sure she was going to get angry at Hayate for implying that she wasn’t reliable, but instead she blushed and recommended Wataru.
You know, I was really confused when Hinagiku was acting cold towards Hayate when he came to ask her for help until I realized that I had just watched the S2 OVA more recently than the first actual episode. I was still thinking of Hinagiku being in the state of wanting to get closer to Hayate but blowing her chance, not of just having been toyed with on that suspension bridge. Which worked well, as I shared Hayate’s confusion. There’s a serious lack of Maria screentime in the first two episodes, which saddens me. And there’s a total lack of Sakuya in this episode. She didn’t even get one of those “lol we know she hasn’t been featured so here she is” kinda deals, she was just completely left out. Such a shame. I need my serving of delicious Ueda Kana or I’m not completely satisfied.
